GIOVANNI completes $50m Milano luxury apartment hotel in JVC

The 14-storey hotel, which covers an area of 10,219m2, includes 124 units, a restaurant, pool, sauna, and other facilities

Dubai-headquarted real estate developer GIOVANNI, which is brand of UAE-based Arthur & Hardman Real Estate Development, has completed its 10,219m2 luxury boutique apartment hotel worth $50m (AED183.65m) in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

The 14-storey luxury apartment hotel opened its doors on 28 December, 2019, with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting.

The hotel comprises 124 keys, including studio apartments, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites, and is located 15 minutes from the Expo 2020 Dubai site.
